AlchemLife Phytorelief Review

AlchemLife have the answer to all of your flu problems!

Flu season is now in full swing, and me and poor little Ru have already had a nasty dose of it ourselves. I felt like it was never going to end, I'm pretty sure we were bung down with it for about three weeks, it would honestly not shift. I tried everything to clear it up and nothing really worked or helped, so right now I'm willing to try anything to stop getting another round of it. I've started taking PhytoRelief from AlchemLife, which is a natural remedy that provides a natural barrier and immune system boost to help clear up and protect your body from the flu virus. Today I'm going to chat about the benefits of PhytoRelief and why you should add it to your medicine cupboard this winter...

About the product

AlchemLife are a company that focus on producing natural medicine and food supplements, using a range of technologies to maximise plants efficiency. They provide clinically tested food supplements for joint, prostate, liver and immune support. Using carefully developed processes, they ensure the whole plant is maintained and concentrated, ready to be infused into their products. PhytoRelief is a blend of natural active ingredients containing Pomegranate, Turmeric and Ginger extracts. Its multi-action formula helps to build a natural barrier, boost the immune system and and reduce inflammation to manage flu symptoms and get back to your regular health faster. It's suggested that you take PhytoRelief for any symptoms that include common cold, a sore throat or to enhance your immunity. Each pack contains 24 lozenges, with a recommended dosage of 3 per day, so you get plenty to last you a full week! Clinical studies show that regular use of PhytoRelief results in reduced duration and severity of cold and flu symptoms, due to the anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and immunity boosting properties - which is just what we all need during the colder months with all the germs flying around.

Ingredients

PhytoRelief contains three natural active ingredients including; Gingerol, the active ingredient in the ginger extract is known for it's anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric, which helps relieve illness with its ability to help control inflammatory response. And Pomegranate, which contains antioxidants such as tannins, anthocyanins, and ellagic acid.

My thoughts

Ever since I started taking PhytoRelief, I haven't had any sorts of sniffles or headaches that usually indicate a bit of cold or germs trying to get into my system so I do believe that it's working its magic on me so far. Any product that will give me the slightest bit of help in battling cold and flu, I'm all for. With a little one who naturally has a weaker immune system, it's very likely that as soon as I get ill, he will too, so I will do anything I can to try and prevent that. It's inevitable that little ones will pick up so many bugs during the winter months too, and of course he will then pass them onto me, so if I can try and keep myself healthy, by boosting my immune system, to stop him getting worse - as well as being in a fitter state to look after him should he pick something up, then of course I will! I would love them to have a toddler version so that Ru could boost his immune system too as I would absolutely buy it!
